General conditions of rental
• Rental duration (1 day): From 09.00 to 20.30.
• Driver Age requirement: From 25 to 75 years old.
• Traffic Fines & Administrative Sanctions: Tickets and administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are borne solely by the renter.
• Gasoline / Fuel Policy: Fuel consumption is payable by the renter. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided upon pickup.
• Payment Methods: Pay upon delivery (Cash or Credit/Debit Card).
Insurance
Rates include:
The insurance policy of 1carental provides comprehensive insurance, covering all the needs of the renter.
• P.A.I (Personal Accident Insurance): Covering both the passengers and the driver.
• T.P (Third Party Liability Coverage): All vehicles are insured against liability to third parties for death, injury, or property damage.
• F.D.W (Full Damage Waiver with standard excess): Excess ranges from 300.00 to 800.00 euro depending on the vehicle category. (The standard excess amount must be deposited in cash upon vehicle pickup and is fully refunded upon return).
PREMIUM PROTECTION PACKAGE (+10.00 euro / day):
By selecting the Premium Protection package for an extra 10.00 euro per day, the Renter enjoys:1. NO Security Deposit Required upon pickup (No cash deposit required, No credit card blocked).
2. Reduced Maximum Liability: In case of damage, the Renter's maximum responsibility is reduced to only 150.00 euro. (This amount is not collected upfront and applies only in the event of actual damage).
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) - Included!
The Renter has a limited liability for damage to the vehicle based on the category:
• Renault Twingo: €300.00
• Fiat Panda 1.2 / Fiat Panda Hybrid / Hyundai i10: €500.00
• Suzuki Swift / Opel Corsa / Citroën C3 / Peugeot 208 / Kia XCeed / Fiat Tipo: €800.00
(The standard excess amount must be deposited in cash upon vehicle pickup and is fully refunded upon return).
Provided that collision damages are not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Code. Damages caused to the inside and underside of the car, the wheels, and the tires are not covered by any insurance.
Remarks & Premium Protection Option:
• Premium Protection (+€10.00 / day): By selecting the Premium Protection package, NO security deposit is required upon pickup (no cash held, no credit card blocked). In the event of damage, the Renter's maximum liability is reduced to only €150.00 (applied only in case of actual damage).• Rates and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• Provided that collision damages are not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Code.
