General conditions of rental

Driver age requirement
Drivers aged 21 to 80 are accepted. Age-based surcharges and deposit requirements apply to Young and Senior drivers.
Traffic fines & administrative sanctions
Tickets and administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are borne solely by the renter.
Gasoline / fuel policy
Fuel consumption is payable by the renter. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided upon pickup.
Payment methods
Pay upon delivery by cash or credit/debit card.
Driver age policy
Standard Age Drivers (24 – 75 years old)
No age surcharge applies.
Young Drivers (21 – 23 years old)
+€10.00 per day. A refundable €500.00 Age Security Deposit is required upon collection.
Senior Drivers (76 – 80 years old)
+€10.00 per day. A refundable €500.00 Age Security Deposit is required upon collection.
Insurance
P.A.I. (Personal Accident Insurance)
Covering both the passengers and the driver.
T.P. (Third Party Liability Coverage)
All vehicles are insured against liability to third parties for death, injury, or property damage.
F.D.W. (Full Damage Waiver with standard excess)
Excess ranges from €300.00 to €800.00 depending on the vehicle. The standard excess is deposited in cash at pickup and fully refunded upon return.
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)
The standard excess must be deposited in cash upon vehicle pickup and is fully refunded upon return. Collision damages caused by violations of the Greek Traffic Code are not covered. Damage to the inside and underside of the car, wheels, and tires is not covered by insurance.
Premium Protection Package (+€10.00 / day)
In case of collision damage, the Renter's maximum responsibility is capped at €150.00. (No upfront deposit or credit card hold required — payable only if actual driver-fault damage occurs).

Do I need a credit card to reserve?
No credit card is required to place your booking online. You can settle the payment upon car delivery in Corfu using cash, debit card, or credit card.
What documents do I need upon pickup?
You need a valid driver's license held for at least 5 years. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old (age surcharges may apply for 21–23 and 76–80).
